Control / Disable Actions on the Transaction New Bar?
I need to be able to control the actions available to a User on the 'New Bar' on a Transaction Record (this is the one on the transaction between the Print button and Actions menu - not the global menu top right).
I am trying to enforce an approval workflow on Purchase Orders, but whatever I do (even down to completely locking the transaction via workflow), that New Bar contains an 'Email' option which will allow the user to email the Purchase Order to the Vendor.
You can control the Email option in the Actions menu from either the Form Definition, or Workflow, but neither of these impact this New Bar.
