Link budget with procurement
Dear Team
Kindly note that our client purchased advanced procurement module for which we still requires customizations to link with standard budget screen. Their process, as attached is as follows:
1. Purchase requisition- where they want a control to check budget and prevent overbudget for all items being purchased and expenses
From the attached screenshot, Transport allowance, for example, had a budget amount of 10000, however, currently there is no control in case the used budget exceeds the budget amount. The restriction should not take place if the utilized amount is within the budget amount e.g. for transport allowance, less than 10000.
