Cancel RMAs using Workflows
Hi - I am looking to create a workflow that would cancel customer RMAs that are 'pending approval' and have expired.
I have created a workflow with the below parameters and have tested it and see the activities log as being successful, but its not changing the record as desired.
Summary fields
Record Type: Transaction
Sub Types: RMA
Initiation: Scheduled
Saved Search Filter: Desired saved search ... confirmed there are results in the saved search
I have it set to execute as Admin, release status set to Testing and enable logging.
For the actions, I have the following parameters for State 1 (the only state):
