Inventory Snapshot and Serial Numbers

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:24PM in Search / Reporting 4 comments

Hi,

I need help generating a Current Inventory Snapshot report. We have several warehouse locations. I setup the report to include Serial Numbers, Quantity On Hand and Current On Hand Value from the Quantity to Order record.

This generates a report which includes two columns for each Location (qty-on-hand and on-hand-value), but the serial numbers (and quantities) for all locations are displayed in one column. This is not useful because I can't tell which serial numbers are associated with each location. Even if I generate the report specifying only one location, the serial number column still displays the lot numbers and quantities for all locations.

Howdy, Stranger!
