Reminder: Support for Data Center-Specific Email Domains is Ending in Sandbox Accounts
This notification is to remind you that support is ending for data center-specific email domains in your NetSuite sandbox account. The end of support could affect the Email Case Capture or the Email Capture Plug-in features. As of June 21, 2021, only account-specific email domains will be supported for your sandbox account.
Important: Support for data center-specific email addresses ends in your production account on August 18, 2021. If testing of Email Case Capture or the Email Capture Plug-in fails after this date, you should examine your production account for data center-specific references. You may need to find and fix Email Capture and Email Capture Plug-in data center-specific domains for sending or forwarding email to your production account before
