Getting total Customers in search formula

Hi,

I am trying to create a search which is grouped by subsidiary showing me total of only B2B customers(type= customers) with website login access per subsidiary. I am wanting to further show percentage of customers that have login access to website vs the total customers for that subsidiary. I tried below two formula but could not get correct count of customers in a formula. Is there something I am missing here? If you see the results in second image, column 'Difference 1' should have the same results as column 1. (count of total customers). Essentially what I am trying
