Project Estimates and Charge Summaries not updating

Does anyone know how to force a recalculation of the project estimates and charge summaries?

I have a project where I deleted all of the charges and charge rules from it, however it is still showing a "Remaining Balance" under the charge summary (under Financials Tab).


Recalculating financial data, project plan, and project indicators don't seem to do anything. How can I force Netsuite to recalculate these values?
