The G/L impact of a transaction in a closed period cannot be changed - Allow Non GL Changes is True
I have two invoices that are in a closed period, the periods are allowed for non-GL changes and so does the users role. But each time they try to edit the PO # field (free text field), they get the error “The G/L impact of a transaction in a closed period cannot be changed”. This is happening for me with my Administrator role too.
There are no similar issues with other invoices, just wo identified so far. I reviewed the following SuiteAnswers but none have helped. Anyone with any ides?
