UI quirks around field entry and login

edited Nov 24, 2021 8:59PM in OpenAir Discussions 2 comments

I'm a user, not a developer or an administrator. I am a career IT professional, so I'm coming at this from that perspective.

It drives me nuts that I can't enter multiple lines in my timesheet and then hit save. If I accidentally edit multiple lines it seems to only keep the highest position edited line and throws away everything else when I subsequently save. This is also the case for the iOS app, so it appears to be a backend limitation.

I've also determined that I have to force a sync in the iOS app both when opening the app (just have to wait for that one which can take 20+ seconds) and then after I've made edits. If I don't remember to force a sync after making edits they never get uploaded back to OA, I guess. I don't see the entries on the web page if I don't.

Howdy, Stranger!
