Failed line in the wave process in WMS
Hi @all,
We have a query regarding an issue related to the failed line in the wave process. We are facing an issue to delete a wave record. As we started picking the released orders and some of the items have been failed. The pick task record of the successful one has been changed to done statuses. But the failed ones are still in progress and we couldn't retry the same in another wave release as the existing one has not been closed. We have attached a screenshot referencing the failure reason in the pick task record.
We have marked all open picks as done and tried to do a pick reversal of the pick tasks that are done using mobile UI. But getting an error as shown below
