WATCH: Send Email with an Attachment to Non-primary Email Address

This is a How-To video on sending customer statement email with an attachment to a non-primary recipient via workflow action script . 

Most of the time, sending email natively uses primary email address as recipient. This video demonstrate on how to use different recipient.

First, the user need to have a holder of the email address for the recipient. On this video, it shows that creating a Custom Field would be an option. Getting the email address from another standard field is another option.

Next is creating a button via workflow and using the workflow action script to serve as the function of sending email with an attachment.
