NSC | Adjust the Clarity when Printing Company Logo

edited Mar 1, 2024 8:14PM in SuiteCloud / Customization

There are scenarios where the Company Logo is a bit blurred or unclear when printing a Transaction record or any records. As per SuiteAnswers ID#34193, we can check the Use Logo Image DPI When Printing checkbox to solve the issue. But there are instances that the Logo is still a bit grainy after enabling the stated feature. What we can do is to follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Printing & Fax
  2. Under Printing subtab > PDFs section
  3. Adjust the Logo Scaling Factor to 0.4
  4. Click Save

Also, take note that the Company Logo uploaded on Company Logo (Forms) which can be found on Setup > Company > Company Information, must be no more than 114 pixels wide and 30 pixels high. Since this also affect the resolution of the Logo when printed.
