AE: Activation Pop Message workflow in Sales order on view mode

Hi All,

I created a workflow that prompts a text message in sales order according to from record from the customer.

in the customer entity, I added the drop list field (custom field) and when the customer has the value "on-premise" from the list the message should prompt into the UI and the workflow is triggered.

please see the picture attached:

4 describes that when i click on edit the workflow is working and when i click on view it doesn't work

please advise how to solve this issue.
