It’s that time of the year again! As we embrace the holiday cheer, we want to share an important announcement regarding our holiday schedule. Our dedicated team of NetSuite Support Gurus will be taking a short break to recharge during the holidays, from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025. We’ll be back in full swing, ready to assist you on January 2nd. During the break, feel free to explore the wealth of NetSuite resources on our platform.
As we celebrate the season's joys, we are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and engagement. Have a fantastic holiday break, and let's gear up for an incredible 2025!
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.

Bank Import: Prepare CSV File for Import Transaction Type Field
I'm working on using the Match Bank Data function since it seems like we are going to have to sooner than later. I was able to download a file from my bank, Fifth Third, but it's not in the correct CSV format so I have to move columns around and check their format and length. I'll try and automate that once I get everything working.
One question I have is about the transaction type. The help file lists that values in that column must be CREDIT, DEBIT, CHECK, PAYMENT, etc and my bank of course doesn't show that. It comes over as ACH Credit Received, ACH Debit Received, Incoming Money Transfer, Check Paid, Commercial Deposit, and Deposited Item Returned in my test file. How do I know what to change the bank ones to or does it really matter in the system? Or do I just guess? Been scouring threads but didn't see this asked.
