Creating 1 task per day based on Saved Search / Workflow, but more tasks created than expected.
I've got a weird one here.
We've created a Saved Transaction Search in combination with a Workflow to create a task when a customer replies to an e-mail sent from NetSuite.
Every 30 minutes should be a check if there is any e-mail on the transaction with the subject "Re:". Then create a task if there isn't a task already.
This workflow and search work well most of the time. But sometimes it creates a new task every 30 minutes until the next day.
I've tested it in a Sandbox andand can't reproduce the problem. It creates 1 task for the reply.
I can't figure out why on occasion it starts creating tasks every 30 minutes for the rest of the day.
