How to make an Intercompany Entity appear Manage Intercompany Sales Order using a Custom Role?
Hello Guru's,
Within the 'Manage Intercompany Sales Order' I would like to filter down to the 'S**' customer, but this customer is not available in the 'list' of the drop-down 'Customer.
The role am logged in is configured as follows:
- ACCESSIBLE SUBSIDIARIES = Selected = SA**
- ALLOW CROSS-SUBSIDIARY RECORD VIEWING = Active
Does anyone knows why the customer 'SARL' isn't shown within the 'Customer' drop-down? When I set the ACCESSIBLE SUBSIDIARIES to 'All' then this customer is displayed.
