How to use Other Current Liability Account in checks?

I create a check for the same employee and the same subsidiary

one of the cheques accepted to add the account (2200100 Accrued Salaries & Wages/Other Current Liability)

And the other cheque does not accept to use of the same account and only accepts any expense account.
