How do I create an Automated Email after the check has printed?

I cannot find guidance in SuiteAnswers and NetSuite Help. I have a client requesting specific request on printing checks and notifying customers 3 days after the check via email.

  1. Would like to create an automated email to grant recipients to let them know a check has been printed and will be on its way to them. We would want the message to go out three days after the check is printed.  
  2. We would want the template to tell them the check number and the amount and to inform them they should wait 10-15 days before reaching out about the status of the check. We would only want this message going to vendors with the vendor type of “Grants”.
