Any suggestions or ideas on how we can manage 'Accounts' in the NetSuite CRM module?
We currently use ZohoCRM and want to instead utilize NetSuite CRM module. The one area that doesn't appear to correlate is 'Accounts' in ZOHO. The Accounts section is for the agency or company name, and it ties together any contacts, leads, calls/emails/activities, and opportunities for that company, even before they are a customer. NetSuite appears to only allow for leads and opportunities that are unique and cannot be tied together under a single organization.
We sell software applications so it helps to see if a contact from Company XYZ is looking to buy a product and someone from the same company is interested in a different product. Any recommendations for how something similar can be setup in NetSuite?
