Why can't I login to Netsuite on iOS - iPad?

I am trying to access Netsuite from an iPad as we want to test a Suitelet with it. However, when I log in, I am running into two issues:

1) The navigation links at the top do not load. I have tried two different browsers (Safari and Chrome), plus also looking at it portrait and landscape. It just doesn't load. Because of this, aside from using the center links to navigate, you can't switch roles or sign out because it is not there:



2) I can't even log in with my own account as administrator because, due to it being an administrator. We have set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (enter a 6 digit pin). Instead of asking me for the pin, it directly goes to this:
