Why my Email Notifications to Stopped?

Email notifications from the community stopped for me for the past 3 weeks. I am registered here with my hotmail email for which I checked and the community domain is whitelisted. I checked my junk and there is nothing.

Saw this from another user: Email notifications on forum stopped? — Oracle NetSuite Support Community

So I waited to see if it would resolve but nothing yet. I also tried unchecking all my email notification in general preferences, saving and logging out. Logged back in and checked my email notifications again and saved. This had no effect.

I have a few community discussions I was helping on and can't easily get back into them. Any tips form anyone?
