How to set email for Contact in Report?
I have a report - Activity by User Detail. I've noticed some strange behavior lately. I have a set of e-mails from one person for example Ivan Babiichuk (babiychuk.ivan@gmail.com) but if I open every e-mail, they will all be from sales@gmail.com and to sales@gmail.com.
Other users have reported that email sent from NS appear as sent from someone else.
I looked into it, and as it turns out, the user must belong to one of the following groups: Customer, Employee, Group, Independent Rep and Vendor.
User Ivan Babiichuk is a not a separate partner or sub partner so I cannot just make the contact into one of those groups. Is there other way to fix it? It was not happening until a month or so back. What changed?
