Currency Exchange Rate Integration Feature: Past Rates Were Incorrect

What Has Changed?

This notification applies to customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature is enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates between March 20, 2023, and March 24, 2023 (inclusive), for the following currency pair:

  • Sierra Leonean Leone (SLE) to US Dollar (USD)

We have been in contact with Xignite Support regarding the incorrect exchange rates. Xignite Support recently informed us that they could not obtain the correct SLE to USD exchange rates between March 20, 2023, and March 24, 2023. Consequently, Oracle NetSuite is unable to correct the exchange rates for this period.
