NSC | Allow roles to have access on all subsidiaries
The customer wants to create a custom role to have unrestricted access to all subsidiaries.
Below are the steps on how to allow the access.
1. Login to your Administrator Role
2. Select the role you want to Edit or click Customize beside the Standard role.
3. Enable All Subsidiary access
4. Enable Allow Cross-Subsidiary Viewing checkbox
5. Give the role a new Name
6. Click Save
After adding the new role to the employee record, make sure to have the user log out of NetSuite and log back in. This should allow them to access all subsidiaries.
