NSC | Not Receiving Administrative Emails
The user has reported a recent issue where they have not been receiving administrative emails. This implies that they are no longer receiving important communications related to administrative tasks or system updates.
The reason why a user is not receiving any emails is because they are subscribed under soft-opt out for their Global Subscription.
Soft Opt-Out means Recipients with this status do not receive campaign email messages or bulk email messages, but they do receive opt-in messages.
To solve this, manually set the Global Subscription Status to Soft Opt-In.
