NSC | Fix Error When Printing Saved Search With Custom Field

There are scenarios where users experience an error when printing a Saved Search. One reason for this is due to the Permissions configured in the Custom Field that is displayed in the Saved Search result.

To fix this, we need to edit the Permission in the custom field. In this scenario, we will edit a Custom Field currently present in Sales Order. Kindly follow the steps below:

   1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields

   2. Click Edit beside the Custom Field

   3. Click Access

   4. Default Access Level: Select Edit

   5. Default Level for Search/Reporting: Select Edit

   6. Click Save

After repeating the steps above, the Saved Search can now be printed successfully.
