Currency Exchange Rate Integration Feature: Past Rates Were Incorrect

This notification is intended for customers with the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for the currency pair, Pound Sterling (GBP) to Euro (EUR), on one or more of the following dates:

  • March 17, 2023
  • April 7, 2023
  • April 14, 2023
  • April 21, 2023
  • April 28, 2023
  • May 5, 2023
  • May 12, 2023

Recommended Actions

To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred on the dates listed above, including the following:
