Export all "customization" created in sandbox that was made by consultant

We've had a terrible experience with a Netsuite developer and want to pause our Sandbox subscription until we're ready to revisit the automation we were trying to achieve. However, if we stop paying for Sandbox, we'll lose whatever work they have done.

Is it possible to export anything and everything created by this consultant to preserve their work so that we can stop paying for the Sandbox? They've created quite a few scripts, custom fields, and saved searches. Are there other things I should be capturing as well?
