Payment Method Optimization Service on hold for Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice applies to customers with the Payment Automation SuiteApp is installed in your NetSuite Account.
What is Changing?
The Payment Method Optimization Service is a new add-on feature that was released as part of the Payment Automation SuiteApp version 2.0 on August 25, 2023. This feature analyzes which of your vendors accept virtual cards as payment, which in turn, improves your NetSuite AP Automation solution for both you and your vendors.
Effective September 13, 2023, the Payment Method Optimization Service has been temporarily inactivated. The optimization team will not analyze your vendor data or contact your vendors to get their confirmation to switch to accepting virtual cards for your bill payments.
