Hyperlinks in Analytics Workbooks
I created a dataset and workbook using Case as the Root Record. The purpose of the workbook is to analyze the root cause and resolution of support cases. When dropping fields into the workbook it automatically allows some fields to hyperlink to parent pages but not all fields. Example: It automatically hyperlinks to the parent page for items listed in the case but it does not hyperlink to the parent case.
How does the Analytics workbook decide which fields can link and which cannot?
Is it possible to create a hyperlink for a field that doesn't do it automatically? In this scenario, we would like to have the Case ID field link to the case.
