Bank Feed Re-Authorization

Hello,

We are trying to re-authorize our bank feed to Netsuite.

We go to setup -> Accounting -> Financial Institutions -> Bank Feeds -> Connectivity Connection

We click "REBUILD CONNECTION" and connect to the bank's API, yet it doesn't seem to do anything.

From this screen we click "Account Linking" and the accounts seem to be linked, yet under the GL_Linking column, the accounts apparently aren't linked (does not display anything).

Anyone know what we can do to connect our bank accounts to Netsuite?
