NetSuite Center Tabs are vital for a better user experience in NetSuite. With Center Tabs, you have the flexibility to create your own tabs to specific roles. These tabs can have links to NetSuite pages, your own records, Suitelets, or web pages from outside NetSuite. You can also choose which small info boxes (portlets) show up on the dashboard when users click the tab. It's important to note that customization of center tabs is only available when the Custom Records feature is enabled.
