Actual Ship Date
Hi All!
I have come across an issue with trying to show the actual date an item shipped.
There are two native fields that are accessible for a report:
Actual Ship/Receipt Date {actualshipdate}
Actual Ship Date {transhippeddate}
I didn't know which to use, so I did some testing. Here were my findings using one of my Sales Orders that had only one line item.
Scenario 1) Saved Search - Main Line TRUE
{actualshipdate} = 12/7/2023
{transhippeddate} = 12/7/2023
Scenario 1) Saved Search - Main Line FALSE
{actualshipdate} = 12/1/2023
{transhippeddate} = 12/7/2023
Notice that the {actualshipdate} is different between the two searches. The only Item Fulfillment for this order shipped on 12/7/23.
