OpenAir | Mandatory Migration to SAML Self-Service – Urgent Action Required
As a FINAL reminder, and as previously communicated via email and release notes, the Legacy SAML endpoint for OpenAir is no longer supported as of the OpenAir October 2023.2 release. OpenAir elected to defer fully disabling the Legacy endpoint during the release to avoid impacting logins for non-compliant customers.
If you are receiving this communication, your account is still using the unsupported Legacy endpoint and urgent action on your part is required to migrate to the supported Self-Service Endpoint for SAML. Be advised that the unsupported Legacy endpoint can break at any time, without notice, and OpenAir will not attempt to address any issues with that unsupported endpoint. You must migrate to the SAML Self-Service endpoint as soon as possible.
