Can NS store item case pack information later used in auto pack for SPS Commerce ASN creation?

Hello,

I would like to use NS auto pack shipment function to create ASN (856) labels at case pack level. For example, if Item 123 comes in inners of 15 and masters of 60, I'd like to be able to use auto pack shipment and have NS be able to do the math. If I have 75 on order, I'd like it to automatically pack 15 in one carton and 60 in another. Where does case level detail like this live on the item record? Can pack rules be used for this?

Would pack rules be able to reference more than 1 rule at a time?

Also, when shipping LTL, I need to add the weight of the pallet to the shipment automatically based on the number of skids across the shipment. I cannot add a portion of the pallet weight to the SKU as the number of pallets vary. Is there a way to store a pallet count and pallet weight and increase the total weight of the shipment accordingly? For example, if I have a product weight of 100 Lbs. across 5 cartons on 1 pallet (pallet weight 45 Lbs.), I'd like the total shipment weight for SPS ASN to be
