Date Payment Applied?
Hello,
I'm wondering if NetSuite is tracking the date a payment or credit memo is applied to an invoice? I see through searching the forums that there are some work arounds, i.e. system notes, applied to transaction last modified date, etc... However, these methods only work for some scenario's.
I'm having issues in scenarios where
- A payment is applied to multiple Invoices over multiple days
- An Invoice has multiple Payments/CM's applied to it over multiple days
I'm wondering if there is anywhere that tracks the payment/invoice application relationship with the amount applied and the date the amount was applied. I currently have access to the next transaction table which is close but does not list date payment applied, only the last modified date of the applied to transaction.
