NSC | Troubleshooting SFTP Connection: Incorrect Path
Setting up an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection is essential for seamless data exchange between systems. However, even after successful connection establishment, issues may arise during testing, potentially hindering data flow. One common problem encountered is the error message: "The bank folder processing path you entered is incorrect. Enter a correct path and then try again."
During manual testing of the inbound process, users might come across an error message signaling a discrepancy in the folder processing path. Despite successfully establishing a connection with the remote system, it appears that the specified folder path is incorrect.
