NSC | Can Be Fulfilled/Received Preference
Scenario
User wants to option to receive Non-Inventory, Other Charge and Service Item record types.
Solution
To do this you can utilize the 'Can be fulfilled/received' preference. This can be seen in the Item Record but you have to disable Advanced Receiving and Shipping features.
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions tab
2. Under the Shipping & Receiving section, check the boxes for Advanced Shipping and Advanced Receiving
3. Click Save
If you still cannot see it in the Item Record it may be a hidden field, to show it please follow steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms
2. Locate the Customized Non-Inventory Item form used
