NSC | Ship Date Field Suddenly Returns Blank Values in a Sales Order Saved Search

edited May 8, 2024 9:05PM in Accounting / ERP

Scenario

User has an existing Transaction Saved Search showing individual items of Sales Orders. All of a sudden, they noticed that some of the formula columns in the search results stopped working and are now blank. Upon digging deeper, this was caused by a field used in the formula which is the main line Ship Date field no longer returning any values in the saved search even though the field is populated in the Sales Order.

Troubleshooting

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory

2. Check if the following features have been recently enabled:

  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Allocation
  • Material Requirements Planning

Howdy, Stranger!
