NSC | Why is the Pop-Up Box Not Appearing When Searching or Entering Items in a Sales Order
Scenario
When trying to enter items on a Sales Order, user noticed that a pop-up box is not showing up when searching for the items.
A single arrow-down icon appears in the item drop-down menu and clicking on it gives the user just a list of items that can be entered instead of a pop-up box.
Solution
The pop-up box when searching for and entering items in a transaction is called a popup selector. So that a popup selector will appear, the user may do the following:
1. Hover over the Home icon > click Set Preferences
2. Under the General tab > Maximum Entries in Dropdowns
