NSC | WMS Picking Process for Serialized Items > FIFO Picking
Scenario
User wants to know if in the WMS Item Picking Process does the system know which inventory to came first and should be picked first.
Solution
When picking items "for serialized items, on the Enter Serial Number, in the Scan/Enter Serial Number field, you can scan or enter the serial number. But you can view the list of available serial numbers by tapping the Show possible serial numbers toggle. " It does not suggest which one came in first it just shows all possible serial numbers to pick.
