NetSuite OpenAir Incorrect CNY Currency Rates
Due to an issue with Xignite, the NetSuite OpenAir currency rates provider, your OpenAir account may have received incorrect exchange rates for certain currency pairs with effective dates of May 25, May 26, May 29, June 1 and June 2, 2024.
You are receiving this notice because your account has either enabled one of the affected currencies or have at least one foreign currency receipt in an affected currency on an affected date. The currency pairs impacted are USD > CNY and CNY > to all other currencies.
Using USD/CNY and CNY/USD, this table contains some of the incorrect and corrected rates:
In order to receive additional affected pairs and their correct rates, please open a case with OpenAir Support and they will provide these to you. Note - if you are receiving your exchange rates from any integrated sources, including NetSuite, or otherwise overriding the rates provided by OpenAir, continue to use those provided from your other source but review if the rate needs to be corrected in OpenAir.
