Approve Vendor Prepayments page not working

Does anyone know what this error is on the 'Approve Vendor Prepayment' page. I have vendor prepayments that are in pending approval and should be appearing on this page. I also cannot customize the view. When I customise the view and create my own saved search, it does not appear in the 'view'. I only have the Standard view to select from.
