Transactional Data Deletion, and Backup/Recovery Queries

I have a few queries for which I couldn’t find relevant answers on SuiteAnswers or the Community, where questions remain pending. Could you please provide clarity on the following:

  1. Transactional Data Deletion: Due to specific requirements, we need to clear all transactional data from the production account while retaining the master data. Could you confirm if this is possible and provide the best solution with detailed steps, as deleting all transactional data is essential in this case.
  2. NetSuite Backup Frequency: What is the standard frequency for NetSuite backups and restores?
  3. Premium Tier Backup Clarification: Since we are on the Premium Tier, could you clarify our standing with respect to backup and recovery? I noticed two tiers of Disaster Recovery mentioned: "Standard DR" and "Premium DR Cloud Service"—where do we fit?
