WSDL Version 2018.1 to be Retired

edited Jan 23, 2025 4:01PM in Announcements

Oracle NetSuite provides product support for SOAP web services endpoints and associated WSDL's in the current product release, plus the previous 5 versions or 6 in total. Eight additional endpoint versions from the previous four years are also available, however are provided without any product support. When your account is upgraded this year to version 2025.1, oldest unsupported endpoint version 2018.1 will be retired.

We have identified accounts currently using SOAP web services endpoint 2018.1 (data from January 2025). To ensure that your web service-based integrations continue to work, you must upgrade to a later endpoint before your account is upgraded to NetSuite Release 2025.1. As a general recommendation, any customers who are using an unsupported version are advised to upgrade to the latest WSDL version.
