New To NetSuite | Custom Form Notes
In NetSuite, the note form appears as a popup window when a user adds a note to a record. It offers flexibility in customization, allowing you to hide default fields, introduce custom fields, and reorder them as needed.
Additionally, you can configure note form actions, choosing to display them as buttons or menus, modifying labels, hiding standard actions, and incorporating custom actions.
To add a custom note form:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms
2. Standard Note Form > Customize
3. Set the fields below:
Label: <Enter your field label here>
Fields: <Select the Fields you want to show on the Note form>
