iframe + 2009.2 = broken online forms?

edited Dec 13, 2019 11:41PM in General 13 comments

I have two online forms (one customer, one support) in iframes in pages on our site that've been working fine for years. Since the upgrade to 2009.2 those two forms now throw errors on submit.

On submit, the online customer form displays "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again."

On submit, the online support form displays "It appears that the URL for this page got cut off or garbled in your mail client. Please copy the full URL and paste it into the address field of your browser."

I checked Netsuite's help to see if anything had changed in the way we're supposed to serve forms with iframes, then I copied their sample code into a local html file and loaded it with my browser. Their sample form displays OK, but when I hit submit, their form also throws "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again." !!

Howdy, Stranger!
