Excise Tax on importing or selling Alcohol and Vaping products in Canada
Hello Guru,
To get background info on the issue, please see below:
Calculating the vaping duty - Excise duty for vaping products - Canada.ca
we have to add the Excise tax amount to our Products when importing or selling
the amount of excise tax varies for items based on the weight or volume of the vaping liquids, so it's not a fixed percentage like PST or GST/HST
How should this be configured into NetSuite? I believe there should be a best practice solution for implementing this since this would be an issue for all companies that import or sell alcohol or vaping products at least in Canada.
