Move Items Options to a different form tab?

I'm trying to clean up and reorganize our non-inventory item form. The item options (transaction item options) field is currently listed on a tab titled Custom. I'd like to move it to the Store tab.

Unlike all the other fields on that form, Item Options does not appear in the form builder for the Custom tab or any other tab.

Is there a different way to move the item options?

PS: If I click the field help for Item Options on that form I get an unexpected error message.
