NSPOS Limit Customer Search by Subsidiary or Workstation, Location, Etc.

Is it possible to limit the customer search results on an NSPOS workstation, group, or location by subsidiary or another metric/field setup in NetSuite ERP? We have to have separate customer records for our subsidiaries because of SuiteCommerce limitations, but many of our customers are the same between the subsidiaries. We want to be able to use NSPOS with all of our subsidiaries and locations, but currently can't because there's no way to tell which result belongs to the correct subsidiary with the current setup.
